For Providers — Dorothea Index
Dorothea Index profiles give skilled nursing, home health, hospice, and assisted living providers
a verified, independent record alongside their quality score — visible to families, payers, and
discharge planners.
Your organization's page already exists on the Dorothea Index. Completing your profile takes
less than 15 minutes and gives families the context they need to choose with confidence.
Provider types covered
- Skilled Nursing Facilities — Five-component CMS composite score.
Profile answers give families the qualitative context that readmission rates and staffing hours can't capture.
